We support people facing isolation or barriers to participation to reconnect with their strengths, their community and a sense of purpose.

Our work

Learn, connect and contribute

Our work brings together early intervention, wellbeing education, cultural identity and opportunities for community participation. We listen to each person’s goals and support meaningful steps through real activities, including cooking, gardening, storytelling, movement and volunteering.
