History
For more than 15 years, Light of Hope Foundation has supported people from low socio-economic backgrounds and with multiple health & mental health issues and assisted them to achieve their desired goals through our essential community-based programs. As a result of our extensive experience in mental health, Light of Hope Foundation registered to become an NDIS provider in order to deliver integrative range of health and social services that promote wellbeing and independent living for those in need. We offer NDIS services across the South Eastern regions of Melbourne, Adelaide and NSW.
