    Our Anti-Racism Project focuses on fostering understanding, inclusion, and reducing hate across communities. We work with Holocaust survivors, immigrants, and individuals from various cultural and religious backgrounds to promote respect, build self-awareness, and reduce prejudice. Through cultural, religious, and sporting activities, we create spaces for dialogue and understanding, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity.

  • 2. Substance Abuse Support Project

    This program offers support for individuals battling substance misuse. We help participants build essential behavioral skills, strengthen relationships, and prevent relapse. Our services include one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and resources to promote long-term recovery. Our goal is to provide holistic support, empowering individuals to make lasting changes and achieve a substance-free life.

  • 3. Domestic Violence Support Project

    We provide compassionate, confidential assistance to survivors of domestic violence. Our services include emergency support, counseling, legal advocacy, and resources for rebuilding safe, independent lives. We also offer relationship-building programs and community awareness initiatives to prevent future abuse and help survivors regain control of their lives.

  • 4. Eating Disorder Awareness Project

    Through this initiative, we aim to raise awareness about eating disorders and offer support to those affected. Our program provides educational workshops, counseling, and group therapy, helping individuals develop a healthier relationship with food and body image. We also focus on prevention by educating communities and promoting positive body image, self-esteem, and mental well-being.

  • 5. Help for Homelessness Project

    Our Help for Homelessness Project is dedicated to providing immediate relief and long-term solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness. We offer emergency shelter, access to food, clothing, and essential supplies. Beyond immediate support, we provide resources to help individuals secure stable housing, find employment, and regain their independence.

  • 6. Support Coordination for NDIS Participants

    Our Support Coordination service helps NDIS participants navigate the complex system of support services available to them. We assist with creating personalized plans, connecting with service providers, and ensuring that participants receive the full benefits of their NDIS plans. Our coordinators work closely with individuals and their families to ensure that all needs are met and that they receive the best possible care and support.

  • 7. Psychological Recovery Coaching for NDIS Participants

    Our Psychological Recovery Coaching service is designed to support NDIS participants in their mental health recovery journey. We offer individualized coaching that focuses on building resilience, coping strategies, and personal empowerment. Our coaches work alongside participants to identify their goals and help them make meaningful progress towards improved mental well-being and life satisfaction.

We rise by helping and lifting others

For more than 15 years, Light of Hope Foundation has supported people from low socio-economic backgrounds and with multiple health & mental health issues and assisted them to achieve their desired goals through our essential community-based programs.  As a result of our extensive experience in mental health, Light of Hope Foundation registered to become an NDIS provider in order to deliver integrative range of health and social services that promote wellbeing and independent living for those in need. We offer NDIS services across the South Eastern regions of Melbourne, Adelaide and NSW.
